She has a Bachelor of Science in Paralegal Studies from the University of La Verne, CA. Theresa is also a certified Mediator trained at Pepperdine University School of Law’s Straus Institute.
With over a decade in legal case administration, Theresa has worked for prestigious organizations like the American Arbitration Association, U.S. District Court Central District, and Pomona Municipal Court. She co-founded AbstonConsulting HRMS, specializing in business planning, organizational development, management training, and continuing education.
