Administrator Recertification and Continuing Education
As approved vendors for the State of California Department of Social Services, we have been providing quality training for Group Home (GH), and Adult Residential Facility (ARF) providers since 1999. We provide training, and assist in program development. We provide Administrators with the 40 hours of continuing education needed to complete licensing requirements.
Short Term Residential Therapeutic Program (STRTP)
Administrators who are transitioning to STRTP facilities receive the required 12 hour of course work needed to receive the STRTP license.
Cultural Competency LGBTQ Awareness
Assembly Bill 1856 amends the existing training requirements for residential care Administrators their staff, and certified and licensed foster parents. This legislation strengthens the personal rights of LGBTQ youth, and supports their personal choice for success.
We provide instruction on introducing cultural competency and sensitivity into your organization, as required by the State, for the adequate care of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and questioning youth in out-of-home care.
On Site Training
Our consultants can come to your facility and conduct 2 hours of continuing education class. You choose from a list of courses important to your current organization needs. Your staff receives 2 units of continuing education, with pre and post testing. Cost based on number of participants per class.
Your staff receive 2 hours of continuing education credits and a certificate. Our online platform is easy access, comprehensive and complete with post testing. Cost $25.00 per participant.

We can help you stay compliant! We will provide the cumulative number of Consultant hours needed and required for Service Level 4 Adult Residential Facilities. Our Adaptive SkillsProgram is holistic and includes staff training. Our program is a needs based program as identified in each consumer's individual service plans as well as your program design.
Restricted Health Conditions Program
Certain health conditions of consumers are either prohibited or restricted in Community Care Facilities and licensed Adult Day Care Facilities. Adult CCFs may accept or retain clients with certain restricted health condition. Example, use of inhalation-assistive devices, insulin-dependent diabetes, or use of catheters. We will develop a precise, detailed addendum to enhance your written program that will meet the requirements of CCL's Restricted Health Condition as outlined in Title 22. You will no longer be restricted from building your client base.
