In 1998, AbstonConsulting HRMS, Inc. (ACBS) was formed to provide support services in Human Resources Management.  Our service specialty is business development serving Group Home Residential Care, and Adult Residential Care providers.  In 1999 the State of California Department of Social Services approved our Certification Program and authorized us with vendor status to provide the innovative, relevant course presentations to licensed Administrators as a requirement to meet the State’s continuing education process.    We also provide specialized staff training to assist in the care and development of at-risk-youth who are wards of the court and have  behavior disorders.  We provide training for the direct support professional staff that assist in the care of developmentally disabled adults, and autistic youth.   We consult in program development, network analysis, and executive coaching for small businesses.  Because we continually expand our knowledge and skill base within the human service industry, we have been able to provide cutting edge research and business management services to help maintain our client’s vision and goals.

Since 1999 AbstonConsulting HRMS, Inc. has been dedicated to the process of establishing high validity, quality and commitment.  We want to thank our long standing client organizations for their continued patronage and trust in our professional services.  Currently our professional consultants assist in the management of over $250 million in California residential care funding.
